Our team of support coordinators is led by founder and primary coordinator, Rose Boas. She began her real estate career in 1996 while working as a quality assurance representative at Shapell Industries. Not long after, she obtained her real estate license and quickly moved to become a new home sales manager at the Reiser Group and, later, a top resale agent within the Realty ONE Group brokerage umbrella.

She chose to pursue a career in transaction management, in part because she wanted to be able to balance her personal and work lives.

Rose now collaborates with a team of support coordinators to provide the best possible experience to California agents in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento Metropolitan area, and the Central Valley.
